About me...
I am Venezuelan, with 20 years of experience as a Hatha Yoga Instructor. Since I was a child I received a great influence from this discipline through my maternal grandmother (my Mamita as I called her) who was my first Yoga teacher, my first Guru, and who left her most valuable and beloved legacy in me.
I graduated from the Universidad Católica Andres Bello (UCAB) in Caracas with a degree in Industrial Relations in 2002, practicing this profession for only a few years.
As a child I spent my afternoons next to my Mommy, absorbing all her teachings and lessons like a sponge. However, it was as an adult when I decided to venture into the discipline of Yoga in a more formal way, finding a fabulous tool for my daily life. This is how between both of us, Teacher and disciple, the dream of sharing the Instruction of the Classes arose, for which we prepared. However, it was not until leaving for the planes of light in Olguita that I started as a Yoga Instructor, thanks to a group of friends who unknowingly served as an instrument to give me the push I needed.
I continued my training and spiritual work under the Guidance and Assistance of Mother Shaktiananda, my current Guru, and the Lineage of Spiritual Teachers at the Divine Values School, as a practitioner of Shiva Kriya Yoga, a discipline of consciousness development that leads to realization spiritual.
In my classes my goal is for you to discover the Divinity that inhabits you while achieving a healthier body and mind. All this through the conscious practice of Asanas and control of your breathing, as a noble and beautiful way to reach yourself.
